In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must not have been worn or damaged

It must be returned in its original packaging

Personalized or promotional products are neither returned nor exchanged.

Contact us at contact@maisonriviera.fr , specifying your order number.

Once the return has been validated, return the package to the address indicated

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💰 Refund

Upon receipt of the return and verification of the condition of the product, we will proceed:

Either a refund within 10 working days

Either a credit note valid for 6 months on our store

⚠️ Defective item or order error

If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo. We will offer an exchange or refund at no cost.
