2. Products

The items sold on the site are jewelry and accessories made of stainless steel and/or gold-plated. Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photos are not contractual but representative.

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros (€) including VAT, excluding delivery charges. Maison Riviera reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Upon payment validation, a confirmation email will be sent. Maison Riviera reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is 100% secure via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay) or PayPal. The order is considered valid after payment authorization.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery is handled by La Poste or Mondial Relay, depending on the customer's preference. Maison Riviera cannot be held responsible for transport delays.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Reimbursement

Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be made within 10 working days via the initial payment method.

9. Warranty & Defect

If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. An exchange or credit note will be offered subject to availability.

All visuals, texts, logos, and photos on the Maison Riviera website are the exclusive property of the brand. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. Dispute & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will first be sought. Failing this, the courts of Rouen will have jurisdiction.
